I've been dieting for 1 month and been using MyFitnessPal for the last 2 weeks. Really enjoying it. I've lost 10 pounds so far with just diet and am now slowly adding in the exercise. Really love this app on my droid.

In case people are curious, I'm doing the slow carb diet from 4 Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. Really enjoying it and finding it very easy to follow.
