    Ok Everybody I am back from vacation and time to get serious. I met my trainer tonight and came up with 2 goals. Run a 5k and play a tennis tournament this summer. My workout for the rest of week as follows.

    Wednesday-Training Session

    Thursday- 1 hour walk and workout with trainer,

    Friday-P90x and 45 minute spin class

    Saturday -all day fishing trip and P90x

    Sunday-P90x and running 3 miles.

    Ladies enough talk. Let's get ur done!!!!

    I have lost 2 pounds!!!! I am now 183!?

    How is everyone else doing in the challenge?

    My workout schedule this week?
    This week my workout plan is as follows:
    Sunday: walk 3 miles
    Monday: C25K and yoga
    Tuesday: rest day
    Wednesday: C25K and yoga
    Thursday: Fat burn on the treadmill and weights
    Friday: C25K and fat burn on the treadmill
    Saturday: Weights and some fat burn on the treadmill
    **I take my two breaks at work and walk a mile in 20 minutes, so that is an additional 40 minutes each day.

    Current weight 182. I lost another pound... slowly but surely I will get to my goal weight!! :bigsmile:

    What's your workout schedule look like this week? Here is mine:
    Sunday: 1.8 mile walk and line dancing for a couple songs while out (done)
    Monday: C25K and weights (done)
    Tuesday: rest day (done)
    Wednesday: C25K and yoga (did a fit test before exercising, you can too if you check out my blog) (done)
    Thursday: Fat burn on the treadmill and weights Or mow the lawn
    Friday: C25K and weights
    Saturday: Hiking and rest because Sunday I do the Warrior Dash!!!!!

    I've lost 9lbs in just shy of a month! So excited!! about 4 weeks away from my halfway point in my weight loss goal! Should be hitting that sweet spot on July 4th - just in time for family beach games & BBQ!

    Sunday: Warrior Dash (plus a 1.8 walk to and from the event)(done)
    Monday: C25K and swimming (done)
    Tuesday: Fat burn on the treadmill(done)
    Wednesday: C25K and weights (done)
    Thursday: Fat burn on the treadmill and mow the lawn
    Friday: C25K and weights or swimming
    Saturday: Ashtanga Yoga for 1.5 hours (I have never tried this form)
