Hi there, I am new here and looking for support in the hard journey to reclaiming my body. Somehow (well I know how) I managed to eat/sloth my way to 260lbs. 25 of those pounds during the last 3 years of unemployment and depression.

Starting walking on the treadmill yesterday. Need motivation so started making myself do 1/8 of a mile each time I go into the kitchen for a cup of black coffee, and 1/4 mile if I want to add creamer to it.

Sound pathetic but have managed a half mile a day for the last 2 days. I am sore and having to stop myself from doing things like just getting a bigger cup off the shelf.

Looking for friends to push a bit during the hard times.
