I started this journey having topped out the scales at 261#. After four weeks I weighed in at 240.5# this morning. I'm feeling really good about getting that first twenty out from under my belt.

I've been using a mix of exercise with videos and the Biggest Loser on the Wii. I've also been following the 17-day diet for the last fourteen days with my wife.

Stoked about this milestone and ready to keep charging until I don't see a 2 as the first digit of my weight any more.

    Congrats! How do you like the biggest looser wii? I have been using the wii sports active 2 and I like that but after my 9 week program I might want to try to mix it up. I love working out with the wii... I hate the gym and it has been a great replacement for me!
