Hey Everyone,

I don't know what to do, I have a pair of Asics that are great shoes Cross trainers and when I started working out they were great. but added to much arch support and made my left foot cramp up that at the end of a workout my foot was in more pain then my body. so then I bought a pair of Saucony running shoes as they were toted as being good for running and light aerobic work...but these had no arch support and after trying then for a couple workouts, I just couldn't use them with out the aid of my orthotics. And even with the ortho's It still was crampy some. So then I bought a decent pair (over $100) of Adidas, they are Cross trainers so they were perfect for working out as I do...they have some but not a lot of arch support and wearing them around felt great, even a little excercise test seemed to have promise. however as soon as I started a full P90 sweat workout, I started getting cramps again... not in my arch, but in my soles on my left foot just below my pinky.

I need to workout and lose this weight, I have a mild case of Cerebral Palsy which affects my right side so I favor it and use my left more and although I try to balance my jumping maybe i land harder on my left side... I don't know... Any one have any suggestions on shoes to try wide in Front little arch support. i used to fight thru the foot cramps but it can't be a good thing so I want to fix this, any help would be gladly be appreciated

Thanks

You might need some of there inserts. When I went and got some shoes from new balance I ended up going back and getting the inserts and it made a world of difference. I don't know if that would help, but you could see. Good luck!!

I have a pair of men's Reebok Zigtech Flows... OMG they're perfect. Wide, scushy, just enough arch and plenty of toe-box. Might I also add that since buying them, I have had nearly zero problems with my shin splints!! Good luck, Honey!

You may need to see a foot doctor - this sounds like the condition my sister has - it wasn't her shoes it's actually a problem in the foot. Sorry, but I can't remember what it's called - I think it's Plantar something or other, but may be wrong. Before spending more money on shoes, spend a few bucks to see a foot doctor, might be something simple they can offer a suggestion for.

    Good Luck!
