New favorite healthy dessert!
1 frozen banana (at least 8 hrs in freezer)
1/4 of a cup of water or almond milk
1/2 tbs of cocoa
a few ice cubs
Put it in a blender.
You can add chocolate chips, almonds, low fat whip cream for taste.
Enjoy!

I have to try this asap. But it's 2am and I have no frozen bananas. Life is so cruel-- Wait where did I put that liquid nitrogen... Thanks for the recipe!0

Usually a medium banana is about 100 calories. I use real cocoa so it's lower in calorie (approx. 25 calories). Then if you add almond milk (20-40 calories depends on how much you use).
No more than 150 calories for this yummy treat!!0
