wow!!!! my 1st weigh in!!!!! :)

weighed in last night (as my pre-mfp weigh in was as night) and was surprised to have lost 5lbs already, only been doing it for 6 days!!!! :) so proud of myself!!

    Great job!! 5 pounds is great!! It's probably a little water weight since it only took you 6 days, so you're probably feeling a lot lighter/less bloated!! I know that's how it is when I lose those first few pounds! Congrats and good luck!!

    Way to go! I had a similar experience.. and then I hit my plateu. So I'm (healthy-mindedly) trying to work through it. Keep it up though!

    Hi there,

    I lost 5 lbs the first week too, back in January. It's usually put down to water loss as well as normal loss. It is likely to slow down, so don't let that put you off :bigsmile: but well done !!!
