Looking after yourself

Ok so before I lost weight I never used to look after myself at all, rare was the occasion when I actually bothered to shave my legs!!! (eek!) I didn't even moisturise, I'd just use the cheapest soap in the shower and get straight out and dress - trying to see as little of my body as possible!!!
So now I'm thinner, and I can bear to look at myself in the mirror without pulling a face I was just wondering what everyone else did to keep their skin/body looking as good as it can at the size you are? Whats you're daily routine, what weekly/monthly treats do you give yourself? Colour me clueless but I have no idea past my normal facial routine!!
