Hey guys,
Ok so has anybody got down to "almost" goal weight and stopped shrinking?? I literally have not moved up or down on the scales (or tape measure) in 3 whole weeks!! I am at 61.5kg and want to lose another 4lbs but it will not move no matter how hard I try! I have done everything from HIIT to RPM to distnace running and all inbetween (incuding weights) but to no avail! Does anybody have any secrets they can pass onto me PLEASE!! haha!
Cheers

When I got stuck this last time what I did was I went raw except for one meal a day; usually breakfast.
It made a huge difference and I lost like 3lbs in a weeks time.0 -
How many calories a day are you eating. Since you are at your last 4 pounds your weight loss goal per week should probably be .5 pounds with whatever the calories are for that. The general recommendation is within 10-15 pounds of your final goal weight to slowly decrease the calorie deficit you have. I have no idea if this will help you, but since I can't see your food diary it is the best I can offer.0

Also, make sure that you've recalculated your calorie goals. As you lose weight, your maintenance calories go down, so if you're still eating the same amount you were previously, you may not be in a calorie deficit any more.0

Thanks for the tip on the raw foods - I'm pretty good with food and try to get a good balance on all of my food groups but I like this idea for a taste change! My calorie intake is still about the same as when I started this and pretty clean although I have increased very slightly as I am training heavier but if this has made a difference already I am dreading upping to a normal daily range!! Also as I am getting fitter it is getting so much harder to burn the same calories in the same time!
I was really wondering if anybody had tweaked anything in their own lives that made a difference at this stage?0 -
P.s if I drop any more calories or eat any less I ill starve to death haha!0
