Hello Fellow Fitness "fans"
I am doing a Kettle Bells class today at my gym but I am not sure how to log it on this site-there is no category. What do others do? It is a half hour class and I weigh 142lbs if that makes a difference!
Thanks
Tina

I get a good cardio workout with the kettlebells so I log it under "circuit training".0

I use a Heart Rate Monitor while doing swings. After a few workouts, i figured out what my average cals burned was & then created my own exercise for it. Can't recall exactly how to create your own exercise but it's doable. Remember to factor in the afterburn, because you WILL have plenty of calories burned after you stop.0
