Seriously this guy is a legend. For anyone who has seen MTV 'I used to be fat' and the work he's done with Jordan, you know what i'm talking about!
He's on facebook under 'joey the trainer' & is one of the few guys who actually responds to his comments/questions. I asked him a couple and he got back to me pretty quickly. A top dude & very inspirational
