Gained inches and lbs

So this is my third week on my routine. I was in a routine when I lost all of my weight. I kind of fell out of it. I started running and doing jillian 6p6week I only run 3x a week and do her video 4 to 5 days a week. It says I have gained 3 lbs and gained half inch. I do see changes in my body already. Is it to soon to take measurements? After two weeks. I do drink a gallon plus water a day but I don't always log it or my exercise. Could it be from the running?
