I joined this site a few weeks ago after a recommendation online but ive been really rubbish and not been keeping my diary!

I REALLY want & need to loose a few pounds...well more than a few if im honest.

I try to eat healthily but im home all day and i just "pick" but still have huge meals in an evening...and always too late because my partner works late.

Then i drink too much on the weekends...which doesnt help either!

Im a sahm mum to 5yr old twin girls...although they are at school now so i have some time to myself.

We currently live near london but are possibly relocating in the near future.

My main form of exercise is walking...i walk around 4-5 miles 5 mornings a week...i would like to build this up to a jog/run eventually.
I also enjoy going on the Wii Fit & ea active although this has lapsed for the last month or so with the kids being off schol so much.

Could do with some friends on here to NAG me into keeping motivated. :)))
