I just found this site today, when I was looking for an online kilojoule calculator. How cool to be able to keep track of my food and exercise on this site. I feel confident this tool will help me to achieve my target weight loss.
I may not have very much to lose in terms of actual weight, but without this intervention to stop my weight gain I would have very much to lose in termsof health and lifestyle.

    Hello!! Welcome :flowerforyou: My family all live in the Perth area...It is so pretty there! I lived in Victoria and NSW until I was 10...been in the States for a very long time though...so my accent totally dissapeared. You will love it here
