Last Friday night, I went to a dance....an "80's prom" event they put on locally every year here. Now I've never been one who likes to dance in my life, so there were many victories in this one. 
first, I was in shape enough to dance the entire 4 hours. Yes, there were a few breaks, but I never thought I'd be able to dance for that long without keeling over in exhaustion. I also didn't care that I was hot and totally sweaty, another thing exercise has increased my tolerance for. Previously I just wouldn't have wanted to dance more than a song without stopping and sitting down for awhile to cool off. Plus, even though I haven't really lost anything yet, I was excited and proud enough about being able to do it that I didn't care that I really can't dance. <lol> I had a great time!
