This is what freedieting.com gave me but MFP has me 1210 a day. Wouldn't eating this much make me gain weight?

what settings did you input for your exercise? these numbers INCLUDE exercise calories (MFP has you add them manually)...1201 may be too low for you...what settings is that at? For cycling you should set your MFP settings to lose 1 lb/week.

    whats your BMR?
if you dont know, click on tools at the top, and then click on the BMR link
you need to eb eating less than this figure to lose weight
MFP calculates a % deficit to allow a continuous an steady weight loss without putting you into starvation mode

    My BMR is 2115
    MFP - 1200kcals
    deficit of 985 (i think)

you will not gain weight from that unless you're not exercising regularly, and you're not spreading your meals out to at least 5 meals per day. exercise and spread meals out to every 3 hours and your going to do great on that plan!

It depends on the information you put into MFP when you started. I agree with the first post.
