Does anyone know about what the calorie burn for this exercise is? Thank you.

i guess it really depends on how much you weigh and miles you are walking per hour.
i think for smaller frames can be around 200-300.

I also do these, but i'm heavier and tend to burn more calories.

You need a Heart Rate Monitor to be sure of the calories.

I didn't see this on the list. I was wondering too.
If you figure it out, please come back and post.

    Thanks.

I burn about 120 cal. for WATP Power Mile (using 1.5 lb weights throughout - I'm female - 5'5" 140ish). This one uses the ab belt instead of weights - my guess is you're looking at 100-110ish calories.

I log Leslie as low impact Aerobics or Walking 4 MPH - this is 107 calories for 20 minutes - so it's pretty close.

I am a male and I walk/run 3.5 miles at an average pace of 14 minutes. My total calorie burn is around 350 for the total distance, so it would be about 115-120 calories per mile depending on your speed and distance. If that helps.
