Ugh! Please help!
I've been on MFP for 10months and I've lost 10-15lbs so far by tracking my food and upping my exercise. But what kills me is that I do really well for about 2, 3 weeks, then I fall off the wagon for a week or two. Then I have to work for the next 2 weeks to drop what I gained. It's a constant back and forth. I still have another 10 pounds to lose and really really REALLY want to achieve that but so far my roller coaster dieting is preventing me.
How do you maintain consistency? How do you stay focused? Please list all the little things you do to keep yourself in check because I NEED to get off this roller coaster and conquer this weight loss once and for all!
Thank you!!!!!

It’s hard to answer this question because it all depends on the commitment that you have for yourself. Believe me I was in that rollercoaster for the last year until I finally mastered self-control. All I can tell you is that you are almost at your goal, stay in track and don't fall down. Keep it up.0

I totally understand. Was on a similar rollercoaster for 3 months. Then I discovered P90X and the 90days didnt seem too difficult to accomplish. And with Easter bang smack in the middle, I gave myself a half way break
So, I guess you could set yourself a time scale and stick to it?
Good luck, I know its not easy :flowerforyou:0 -
