I'm still struggling and I've actually met my goal plus a pound. I think that seeing myself fat for 2.5 years is going to take some time to retrain myself. I am slowly getting there. The fact that I bought a size 4 pants this weekend certainly helps that out!!!

Ive lost 20lbs altogether and cant myself see any difference. However my daughter and other friends and relatives can, so I think its a perception thing. Maybe when I get to buy smaller clothes it will be better.

at 25lbs, I started hearing you lost a lot of weight. You look skinny (which I am not). Under 160 and people started to notice.:blushing:

Beats me. So far all I can tell you is apparently 50+ isnt enough for me, because I cant see a difference in myself.

I sure do feel alot better, though.

When i started at 190 - probably 20 lbs for some major changes to take place that were noticed by everyone

@ 35 lb it was a huge difference.

I think now, I need another 15 to be "thin thin" at 140? but who knows

Well I've lost about 24lb from my heaviest point, and about 14lb since i started MFP. I'm starting to see a slight difference and i have had some people notice. I still think they are just humering me. Oh well. Still a long way to go.
