I am back to MFP after several months. I moved from Indiana to St Thomas, USVI and the food resources here are tough to work with, so I realized I needed a way to really pay attention to what I'm doing! This site really fuels my "controlling" side! I've downloaded the app onto my blackberry too so I hope to keep logging everything. I find that when I actually pay attention to what I'm eating I'm way more successful. If I have to "confess" it so to speak, that piece of cake doesn't seem so appealing anymore! Wish me luck!

I know what you mean. It's different when you see the numbers staring at you. I put the app on my phone, too. I figure if I can ALWAYS see it that might help. Good luck!0
