In need of a boost and some antioxidant help

I'm looking to boost my weight loss, get rid of bloating, and get some antioxidant help. I have thought about Mega T supplements...anyone have any thoughts? Any other suggestions?

While Mega T may have antioxidants, there is no magic pill to boost weight loss. You can give your metabolism a boost by exercising. Invest your money in a good dvd program or a gym membership, not trying OTC pills.

I just started taking Cell Wise which is a Melaleuca product...its a broad spectrum antioxidant. Melaleuca has several antioxidant supplements plus diet aids/shakes/electrolyte drinks/fiber etc. www.melaleuca.com
Not trying to sound like a salesperson because I just use it because I like their vitamins but it is a membership based program so if you think its something you'd want to use let me know. Best of luck to you!
btw: they are a green company and their vitamins are all natural :)

When I say boosting weight loss, I meant getting rid of the water weight. I feel very sluggish and though I have cut down my salt intake, I still carry a lot of water weight. I'm not a huge fan of taking pills, even just to decrease bloating, and exercise is hard for me due to injury (seeing a specialist tomorrow for that).

My parents used Melaleuca a long time ago! I miss the stuff...loved the smell of the cleaners and I believe I used the vitamins when I was younger too...maybe I will try to find a seller somewhere close! Thanks for the reminder!

I know you mentioned to me that your goal is to drink 32 oz of water a day, but if it is water weight you want a jump start on then drinking water is the key. For my weight, which is similar to yours, my nutritionist said I should be drinking 125 oz a day. Since you can't exercise right now, water should be your best friend. Drink, drink, drink...gulp, gulp, gulp. I know you can drink more than 32 oz a day. You can add lemon to it, pepermint leaves, orange slices, limes, just a few ideas to mix things up.
