Hi, I was wondering if anyone on here used a PowerBall for strengthing exercises for their arms?
I am trying to Log it but have no clue what my calorie burn would be. I know it's different for everyone and is based on individual RPM and height, weight etc. Just wondered if anyone had been using it with a HRM as I haven't got one yet.
Also do you know any good exercises to do whilst using it. I know the basic forearm move and thats about it. I end up with a super grip and solid forearms but I'd like to target some other arm muscles.

I just got one but can't get it started, done what it says to do and it won't work, spins for about 5 seconds then stops0

managed to get it started and lasted a bit longer, but still can't keep it going, hopefully in time I'll be able to get the speed up and keep it going0
