Eatmy workout-earned calories?????

Well, I'm trying to lose weight for a wedding in two weeks. I need to lose about 10 pounds, but I want to make sure I do it the right way.. so I'm okay if I don't lose the entire 10. They say if you don't eat enough, your body goes into starvation mode......I think that's my problem now. I always thought that the less I eat, the more I lose.... which I have learned that it's untrue. So my question is... Will I lose weight faster if i DO eat the calories that I earn through workouts each day.. or if I DON't eat those calories...??? Some insight would be helpful!! Thanks everyone!:smile:
