First time I am trying counting calories. I have tried to lose weight in the past and cant seems to keep it going past the 2-3 week barrier. I am set on sticking to it htis time. This site seems like it can actually work for me. I used to be quite active and over the past few years let myself go. My goal is to lose 80 lbs. Definitely look foward to the challenge.
