I went to the State Fair this weekend- I got a fried corn dog, after eating about 1/3 of it, my stomach hurt so bad I thought I was going to puke and die!
Then my husband pointed out that I got that feeling after eating too much pizza one night and another time when i ate crap all weekend. Same pains, same sick feeling.
So apparently I've reached a stage where by body is literally rejecting the foods I used to once pour down my throat in mass quantities.
That's new.

I am the same way!!! I can still have a little...like a slice or two of pizza here and there, but if I have a whole weekend of eating crap...I feel like just that...CRAP!!!
Good for us in showing our bodies what we "should" eat!!!
Cheers:drinker:

I wish! I went to the fair too and totally regretted it, but for different reasons . . . would be nice if my body rejected crap food on it's own.0

um i'm in the exact same boat!
i had a horrible lunch today (although i really didn't have much of a choice. school institute day; admins. catered... you know. lol)
garlic bread, this pasta/chicken/creamy/bake thing, and a cookie. YUCK
my stomach was rolling around for a couple of hours after that.
too much fat, enriched white flour, and grossness. nasty empty calories.
so i had a huuuuuuge salad and a baked potato for dinner tonight. and it felt good!0 -

Hi, I am sorta new to MFP, but not to dieting.
Never been fussy, but lately really can't eat bad food, not fresh greens, overcooked food.
But my reflux is quiet and rarely feel bloated, etc.
So, tum tum is smart!0
