Determined to lose the last 10 pounds!

My name is Rachel. I have always exercised and kept pretty good care of myself, but there are times that I have fallen off the wagon. Recently, I had a miscarriage in March and after that I decided to really focus on me. I have lost about 15 pounds since March and I want to lose 10 more pounds. I exercise regularly, doing anything from spin class to weight lifting and jogging. I've cut out fast foods & I have been eating a lot healthier. However, it seems like I am at a plateau and cannot loose these last 10 pounds. I am 5’9 and anywhere from 165 to 167 pounds. I really want to reach 155!! So, I am hoping this website will give me the drive I need to count calories… because I am awful with it! Any tips our encourage is appreciated :o)
