Stuck in a plateu!

Help I've been stuck at 169/170 for 2 weeks when I was losing 2lbs a week. I'm in a biggest loser competition and need to know what to do next! Thanks

    Check into zig-zagging your calorie intake.

    Keep carbs at 100g or below

    If you're eating your exercise cals back, do not go over your originally allotted fat for the day (e.g., 42g prior to adding in exercise)
