I have been on MFP for about 55 days now. I have lost 14.5 lbs in that time. I did a fantastic job with my eating and working out for the first 5 weeks; I even liked working out. Then something happened it was like over night I lost my motivation. Now for the past couple weeks I have not been eating well and I am lucky of if get two workouts in a week.
I have promised myself that I will not stop and that I will continue, but how do I get that gusto back?? Getting on the treadmill was nearly impossible today. (I was loving the treadmill)
Where is my motivation??

I understand where you are coming from. We all need a break every once in awhile. Just take it one day at a time. Yes it was hard getting on the treadmill but you did. Make small goals for yourself until you are back to where you ended. U can do this!0

I have times like that. Just have to stay focused..talk to urself a lot..I am constantly talking positive to myself. Remember nothing tastes as good as being thin feels! I got bored with my Wii Fit..so I committed to walking outside when the weather was nice. Treadmills are great at first..but can get boring. Remember why u're on the journey. I feel like giving in a lot..but now I talk myself out of it instead of talking myself into the extra slice of whatever it may be! U can do it!!!0

You can do this!! Just keep reminding yourself why you started in the first place. And give yourself rewards along the way, because you have earned them and you deserve them!0
