    Boo hiss. :( Not pleased with myself but the worst part is I know EXACTLY what i'm doing wrong. Poor snack choices - I've learned i need something between meals to keep me going but i choose things that are too sugary or high in the wrong kinds of carbs and fats. So that i need to work on. AND I didn't get workouts in like I wanted to.

    Kristin - i see you've been working out with JM again! I need to get back to that but does anyone live an apartment higher than the first floor and feel really bad for your neighbors when you do a workout DVD?? :) I need to just convince myself that its only 20 minutes and they will get over it!! :laugh:

    Rushing around again this morning and forgot to weigh in. But having the house to myself for a few days with the boys out of town and my girl at her other house. Gonna put the scale out tonight so I remember in the morning. Good news for me is I have been able to start running again. Not much, only about 2 miles right now on treadmill, but feels good to be getting the "itch" back and finally getting my body to want to scratch it.

    For me today, work, work, and more work. Then kickboxing tonight, walk to dinner with my girl at Outback tonight followed by walk to natural yogurt shop, then walk back to the car. Hope the weather holds for us.

    Also I have been keeping within my goal of my calories this week AND logging everything AND posting. I'm on a roll. Meds must have kicked in :wink:

    Hello Ladies,

    How are we all? Kristin you have done really well with your exercise!! I am struggling at the moment, its so busy at work i am just so tired to get up in the morning and then by the time i finish and come home i am doing the dinner and dont even have time to tidy up!! hopefully next week i'll have some more time and can squeeze in some 20minutes for JM.

    managed to shift the bank holiday weight!! think i've got stuck at this weight though, need a motivation injection to get on and get under the 155lb mark! I'm alone most of the weekend as Adam is working so I think I shall go for some nice runs. I am joining a rounders team as well tonight! hard to log that on here but its similar to cricket so thats what i have gone with!

    GOOOOD morning ladies!!

    Well...made some poor eating choices last night, BUT I finish my 30 days of shredding!! WOO! I only lost 4 pounds this go round, but feeling great! NOW...can't wait to start the Ripped in 30 program once I get back from my vacation!!

    finn and amylou...Yes, JM is my goddess! I LOVE her! I seriously wouldn't be in the shape I'm in if it weren't for her! And her workout is ONLY 25 minutes...if i can find time to do it, you for sure can too! And anyone below you in the apartment can deal for that 25 minutes!

    Well...busy couple days for me as I'm leaving tomorrow evening. So, don't know how much I'll be on here, but I will be back on Monday the 23rd, ready to get back to it again!!

    Have a wonderful week ladies!! I'll try and check in tomorrow again if I have a chance!

    yes ma'am... i did JM shred. eating good, scale bad. exercise good, scale bad. just one of those days. shanell and girls coming for meatloaf dinner tonight. she loves it the family doesn't.

    Lost about 1.6 pounds this week AND this is TOM so I'm super excited! I have a course in about an hour... so slept in, making coffee and going to eat my lunch since I slept through breakfast.

    Wow, I am very, VERY surprised at the weight gain this week. I feel like I've made good food choices and started really exercising. Maybe my body is scared to let it go, knowing I mean business. Now I need to make sure I don't make bad food choices and "throw in the towel"due to frustration. Just hold on for another week, and put the scale away so I don't obsess.

    good morning....

    had a really nice dinner with shanell and girls. surprised one of the them liked my meatloaf. she normally doesn't eat the stuff. it did turn out good. i make it all the time, my kids love it.
    scale was nice this morning. foot doing ok today. i sure screwed it up yesterday with that short walk in the wrong shoes. wearing my brace to the gym to remind me. watching son-in-law with trainer today. getting some tips.

    well, it's payday off to pay the bills and be broke again for another two weeks.

    Mmmmmm...Chipper I love meatloaf, I would have eaten it for sure!!

    I had a pleasant visit with the scale this morning as well! MUCH better than Tuesday! Now to keep it going in that direction! :tongue:

    Yum meatloaf! I am jealous! Everyone (ladies who have cooking forever!) tells me that it is a very basic recipie, but some how I always manage to mess it up! lol! The couple of times I have tried it, the texture always turns out just like regular hamburgers! tehe! I love my grandma and grandmas in law, but their directions stink!! Like when I ask how much of somthing, one of them might say "Oh, I dunno, about the size of a large egg" Are you kidding me?! Or how much milk to add, "Oh, just until it gets wet" Again---Are you kidding me!? lol:tongue: Or my favorite, I asked my grandma how much milk to add to cornbread, and not to tell me until it gets wet, that wasn't very helpful.     I've been at a plateau for the last 5 days but hopefully it will break this weekend. I don't worry about plateau's though unless they go on longer than a month since it is usually the body's was of dealing with the change it has gone through and preparing for change to come. I have also really increased the amount of protein I am eating so that I am not losing lean muscle mass along with fat.

    So I just had to weigh in this morning, because I didn't like what the scale said Tuesday and I'm heading out of town for a girls weekend and wanted to see where I was! 154.0!!!!!!! 1.8 lose from tuesday. :drinker:
    I have packed my bags, and in one of those, were almonds, fiber bars, fruits, and string cheese. I'm not ruining it this weekend!!:noway:
