Hello, I downloaded the app to my android, months ago, but just started today! I wasn't aware of the message board. It 's motivating!

  • Welcome to MFP you will find there is tons of great info here like succes story's or basic info or just the friends network that can throw you some motivation or give you there thoughts on something you might wanna try like a diet or workout etc.

    Hey, I appreciate the response. It has been getting to the point that it is slowing me down in life and effecting how I interact with my son, so enough was enough.

    Just start small like do 20min walks every other day orso to stimulate your metabolism and if that isnt enuff or you start to get progress just up the time you spend walking or riding a bike or increase the number of days per week you spend exercising to what works best for you.

    Try to cut the unhealty food some and try to eat smaller portions of food but more often like every 3 hours orso to keep your metabolism working stuff like that can make a huge difrence.
