Howdy everyone!
I've been using MFP for about two weeks now. I really like how easy it makes it to track your food and water intake. I have no trouble sticking to my allotted calorie amount provided that I keep the refrigerator stocked with healthy foods and make a lunch to take to work that includes plenty of snacks.
I just started exercising this weekend. Yay me!
I did a photo walk on Saturday. I walked 4.5 miles on Saturday over the course of about 2.5 hours while carrying a monopod in one hand, a digital SLR in the other hand, an extra lens for the dSLR and a camcorder in a camera bag on my back.
On Sunday, my wife had a bad toothache but still went out with me to ride our bikes at the park. She rode for 2.5 miles and I rode an extra mile while she rested. (I am really proud of her.)
I am so exhausted today but it feels good to have gotten started with exercising again.

Everyone: thanks!
Kaizoku: I always feel better after a workout. It's just really hard to find time most days.
VixFit: I'm trying to get her to share the experience but it's difficult to get her cooperation. I'm glad she went with me that day though.0
