it becomes a trigger food!!!! WTF?? I thought I'd try Ore-Ida Sweet Potato Fries and OMG, they have not lasted long in my house!!! I totally hate it when that happens!

I can understand that one. It's all about moderation though =D. I still have the boxes of candy from Easter! I make a point to only eat 1-2 a day, and actually haven't had any in over a week. I use it as a treat for myself when I know I have the calories or that I'm going to work out. Almost like a reward system. "Do you want it? yes! Then you have to work for it!"0

I hear ya...there are just certain things I can't keep around. I munch wayyy too much.
