Hey every1 , i was getting quite annoyed with myself the other day as i had a few days over going over my calories. However when i looked back the other day I noticed that my fat intake for these days and generally a lot of the time was under. Does this conteract your weight gain>? Hope this makes sense?

Nope. A calorie is a calorie, whether it's carbs, protein or fat.

I disagree to an extent. With you being passed your goal and then some... you are probably really fit. Which would require you to eat more & if it is all healthy foods, I don't see a huge issue with going over a little in calories. Granted, a calorie is a calorie but at the same time, good nutrients at 200 calories is better than something fatty for 150 calories as it metabolizes differently. I would also make sure your carbs are way down and protein way up. If that is the case, I would not worry about it.
