How many cal. burned on 30 day shred?

Hi Everyone,

I probably should read through to see if anyone else has posted this question - but I was wondering how to know how many calories I burned while doing The 30 Day Shred? And also, to log it - what do I log it as?

For everyone who is looking into doing the 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels - DO IT! I love it!! You are going to hurt for a few days even...but push through it and do it EVERY day!

I have been doing the 30 day shred in the morning and have been running at night and I have lost 5 pounds in less than a week (I am also keeping my calories right around 1200).

Anyway, thanks in advance for anyone who can answer my questions.

    I was looking for an answer to this too. I just completed my first day and I just put it in as calisthenics. Hope someone else will let us know what they do!

    There are SO many factors that determine how many cals you'll burn. I know a lot of people without HRM's just log it as Circuit Training.

    Myself, I have a HRM, and burn anything from 190 - 400 cals!! Using 1kg weights I was around the 200 mark, and using 2kg weights, i'm usually around 350. (I'm around 88kg just to give you an idea... Obviously if you're quite different to this, the results will be much different too!)
