I am new here to fitnesspal. I love this site it is very user friendly, can't seem to get the mobile program down loaded to my blackberry 8310. That's the only hitch so far. So, I'm here because I need to be able to visually see each day what I've done, rather than feeling I've generically done good or bad for the day. To be able to see where I need to improve. Periodically track different nutrients, fiber, cholesterol, etc. This past year I lost almost 40 lbs., stalled out through the winter due to illness, put back on 4-5 lbs. :grumble: Ready to get back at it. To be honest I should probably lose some where in the neighborhood of 40-50 more pounds. I leave for a cruse in 2 weeks, so my short term goal is to take off 3-4 lbs. before I go so that hopefully when I get back I won't be heavier than I am now. I hear the food is ridiculous on cruses, never the less I will try to be reasonable about what I eat and hopefully make it to the gym on board a few times a week or maybe go out dancing to one of the clubs on board. That counts as exercise, right.:laugh:
