Starting New!!!!

Hey Everybody!!!! I'm starting anew. I've been on diets but can never stick. But I feel like I have a New determination :) I need all the support and encouragment I can get. And are willing to give as well. Wish me well....I have 35 pounds to lose. I am doing a small goal at first for 6 weeks. Trying for 2 lbs a week. Then I hopefully will do another 6 weeks. Can't wait to way in the morning!!!

    Best wishes! I completely understand the on again, off again dieting. I am back on the wagon as of today - so I am right there with you! Here's to determination, consistency, and long-lasting success!

    Try not to think of it as a "diet". Think of it as a lifestyle change, and one that is physically and emotionally trying. Granted, I have 3x as much to lose as you do, but the mentality is the same all across the board. I put myself on a "diet" the 2nd week of February.. by the end of that first week, I realized I needed to make some *major* changes. Perhaps that's not the case for you, so do what works for you.

    Just remember, we're all here for help and encouragement. Far as I can tell, I have yet to see anyone judge anyone for anything! MyFitnessPal is a WONDERFUL place!
