Should you eat back all the calories you burn during exercise?

You need to eat atleast 1200 calories a day to stay healthy so your body does'nt go into starvation mode and start using your muscles for food,,,I don't use back all my calories I earn back I just make sure I stay at atleast 1200 calories intake for the day...if you want to eat them back just do it as healthy choices....1200 calories should be the least amount you eat a day,,I stay betwenn 1200-1400 daily and i'm seeing results..Hope this helps,,Good luck to you...0
