feeling bloated and looking bloated :(

everytime i eat something, my stomach looks huge! and after i eat a meal, i feel gross for about 2 to 3 hours. but by then, i get hungry so i have to eat again. so basically, my stomach is constantly bulging out and im not liking it too much :( any suggestions? could it be from what im eating? although im eating really healthy at night - mostly veggies with rice and other stuff too. i heard of these things called beanos that help with feeling bloated but im not too sure what that is. anyone know?

    I used to have the SAME problem. I take a digestive enzyme before EVERY meal and it has helped SO much. Also, I no longer eat breads or pasta because I discovered that I'm gluten intolerant....so you might check into that as well. Hope this helps.

    Try writing down what you eat an then documenting when your stomach bloats and how much. This happens to me every single time I eat vegetables...sucks! I also have a gluten intolerance so the same thing happens when I eat wheat. I don't take anything to offfset the bloating, I am just more aware of what I am eating.

    sometimes veggies can bloat you. I have IBS so I totally know the feeling. I find that cutting out processed foods help too. Rice could be hard on your stomach too.
    Maybe add some probiotics to your diet see if that helps. You could also try some fiber, but make sure you drink a ton of water, that can be harsh on your stomach as well.
    If it continues to the point it hurts I would go see your doc.
