I exercise 5days a week n burn bout 500-600 calories a day. My goal in calories are 1400 and stay under my goal regularly. So is it bad 2 treat ur self n Fabaccinos@ Starbucks?

Try the light version, it will have 1/3 the calories of the normal.0

Hey I just had a cup of tea and a Kit Kat. I don't do it often but it's a treat to have something special.0

They have light versions with a light base, nonfat milk and no whip. If you ask, they have sugar free versions of cinnamon dolce, vanilla, hazelnut and caramel syrup that you can use for even less calories.0 -
I don't think it's ever bad to cheat as long as it's in moderation...I'm not speaking from experience though lol....I don't do moderation very well but it's good advice0

The tall mocha coconut light frappuccino nutrition info is here: http://www.starbucks.com/menu/drinks/frappuccino-blended-beverages/mocha-coconut-frappuccino-light-blended-beverage#size=185469&milk=610 -
I saw that Mocha Coconut Frappuccino. The Grande, Non-fat, no whip one is 260 calories. I told myself I can't afford all of those calories. I think if you substitute it for one of your snacks of the day you'll be okay.0

i would switch to the tall size (which is the small) it will save you more calories & like everyone else is saying.. switch to the light version. i get a tall java chip light frap & its 140 calories:)0

Order the 'short'.
It's not on the menu, but it's only 8 oz, so it's a little treat instead of a huge calorie load. ^_^ The barista SHOULD know what you mean... if not, hey, there's the tall too (12 oz.)0 -
I usually just get iced tea or coffee, but I refuse to go without during Happy Hour week. Go for the light, I'm going to try a light coconut mocha with 2 extra espresso shots and moar SF chocolate. Nomnomnom and not one *kitten* is given. I'll just work out harder this week. :drinker:0

Most Starbucks don't do short iced beverages, though. You're lucky if you can find one that will. The computer system at the one I work at won't allow it.0 -

How about that! I only order the hot drinks anymore, so I didn't know that... good to know.0 -
So, I've lost two lbs. since last week so I did treat myself to a Tall 110 calorie Mocha Coconut Light Frappuccino. I was looking forward to it all week. Unfortunately it wasn't as great as I expected so I didn't finish it0

I have sometimes a Mocha Coconut Frappuccino Light Tall Size for only 110 calories. Sometimes I have also the Java Chip Light Frappuccino Tall Size. Everything at Starbucks can be light if you ask them. Except for the Pastry's of course lol0
