Hi all, I am a newbie. I am interested in how I record a glass of red wine.

    Just search for it in foods. Make sure you measure how many ounces are in that glass! I've traded my wine glasses for marked pint glasses for that very reason! I got em at the dollar tree! <3<3<3

    dont waste your time you can have 1/4 cup of wine and the cal's aint worth serving a hole glass >: /
