Just got diagnosed with pneumonia. :P So I won't be able to exercise very much for a while. This means I'm really going to have to watch my daily calorie intake. I'm used to just burning off the excess cals, so this isn't going to be easy!

    ugh that sucks big time! I used to get it atleast 5-6 times a year (asthma and a really low immune system) But thankfully I've got my asthma managed now

    Ugh, I had it back in January, not fun at all. Make sure to get plenty of rest....I judged by my heartrate on my HRM when I was ready for low intensity work outs again, and when I was ready to step it back up. You'll get there eventually.

    I have been battling health problems the last year and a half, and the best way I have found to keep my stamina up is walking. Just doing 30 minute walks 3 days a week keeps me from getting too weak. Hope you feel better soon!
