I'm new and confused!!! & need friends!

Hello! I have 74lb to lose. I started myfitnesspal yesterday but a little bit confused about things. and i'd like some friends! anyone would be nice, so far i have noone!!!

    Today is day 10 and I am still muddling my way thru. I use the ap on my phone and this is the first time I have actually logged on. There are a ton of supportive wonderful people on here! You can figure it out.

    i'm a bit confused about the stair - treadmill ergometer! i have a cross trainer but it isnt listed. so would it come under this ergometer?!!

    and for things like toast, do i look up butter seperately??

    Americans call cross trainers Ellipticals.

    Add all ingredients that make up your meal including condiments. I don't add dry spices but everything else gets logged!
