hi my name is nydia i have four children and i always used them to exercise. Now my baby is 10 and i didn't realize that when i stopped running after them i stopped running altogether. i have gained so much weight in the last few years it is sad. i don't want to be the size 2 that i was before i had my first child. but i definitely don't want to be a size 20 anymore either. my husband and i started going to the gym and i would like to be at least a size 12 by next may. i have been going to the gym for three weeks everyday for 2 hrs and so far no weight loss. hope this calorie counting helps. and a hang in there it'll happen if ya'll don't mind would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and yes counting the calories opens your eyes to the number that may have been consumed before counting, anyway GL to both of you!0
