Your body could need a nap, ( 15 minutes is a powe nap and should give you a boost) but be careful that you are not carbing out during the day because this will make you really sleepy in the early evening. If you can try and save it so that you can get 7 or so hours of sleep! Best wishes!0

I definitely used to turn to food when tired, but I now find if I eat better I don't get as tired. If I do, I generally have a cup of tea, rather than a sugar fix to wake me up.0

I read on another post about taking Vitamin d and this helped that particular person with naps...0

1) Make sure you are eating enough (especially protein) throughout the day.
2) Take a 15 minute nap.
3) Cardio exercise for 15 - 30 minutes.
4) Have your doctor check your thyroid - especially if 1, 2, and 3 don't help!0 -

Thanks for all the suggestions!! I think I will either have to try napping or being a bit more active. Will give it a go though!0
