I just joined, this is my first ever diet and have 9 weeks to lose just over half a stone... Easy you may think, but in truth all i can think of is food!!!

    Food will be your main thought. You now have to think about whats best for you, not just grab everything and anything. Think before you eat, make sure you are getting quality calories. Go for good healthy choices, lots of fresh foods, try to avoid processed foods. Good Luck
