Calories aren't a bad thing. I notice a lot of people seem to be wary of them. They provide the energy you need for the day and the body stores extra calories simply because this is an evolutionary mechanism. If you over eat throw in an extra light workout to burn some away! Working out twice a day isnt unhealthy either. Try something like calisthenics and cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon. Muscle burns fat anyway so it cant hurt! Just listen to your body.
