Staying within calorie range and gaining weight...HELP

I am trying to lose weight, and the past two weeks I have gained almost all the weight that I lost back. Close to 5 lbs. I am staying within my calorie range but for some reason my body is gaining the weight. I unfortunately do not have time to work out as I work full time and am in graduate school full time. Any suggestions?

How many calories are you eating a day? if you are eating less than 1200-1300 a day your body may think you are starving and be storing all the food you eat as fat as a survival measure. Also, if you're on your shark week, women tend to gain 2-5 pounds of waterweight and drop it right off a few days after the week is over.0

Looking back over your diary there are quite a few days you're not eating 1200 calories. How much have you set MFP to have you losing a week? If it's only giving you 1200 calories a day then it could be you need more than that and changing from say 2lb a week to 1lb a week will give you more calories to eat.0
