I don't like my arms. My upper arms are big. What can i do to change this...

Right there with you. You can't target where you lose fat from though. You can do some arm exercises to help tighten and tone them. Otherwise i'm just having to wait for it to come off when its ready...0

Well, the bummer is you can't spot reduce. However, you CAN tone the muscles in your arms while you exercise. I highly recommend the Jillian Michaels "No More Trouble Zones" workout. It helps target all of those areas of the body that never seem to slim down (back of arms, inner legs, stomach, muffin top!, etc). If you do this video you will feel the burn in your muscles during the workout and the next day! I have personally seen a lot of improvement overall with my trouble spots from using this routine.0

I'd do strength training. A couple months of lifting will tighten them right up. I've always seen the best results with heavier weights, and medium reps (8-10). Beyond that, it'll come down to overall fat loss.0

i promise they will SHRINK!! i can say this cause my arms were the last to go and now my arms are one of my favorite part of my body and i flaunt them all the time now just keep at it!!0

any weight exercise that works your triceps, biceps and shoulder muscles. Also, I've gotten results with yoga.0 -
