First Summer Challenge Weigh In - Week 1

First of all, congratulations to everyone for making it through the first week of our challenge. The first week is usually hardest - getting on board with the committment, figuring our a routine, and of course, remembering to check in on time. Thank you to the team leaders who all did a fantastic job getting weights to me with plenty of time so that I can get them to you early. We only had one person not make the check in timeline. Perhaps there's some other stuff going on.
For those of you who didn't see a weight loss last week, don't get discouraged. Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. Just keep with the program, lean on each other, and we will all get through this together. I would like to challenge everyone this week to add 2 extra minutes to your workout routine, and drink 1 more glass of water each day than you did last week.
I thought it might be good to recognize the top weight loss from each team, as our Superstars for Week 1. This Week's superstars are:
Team Pink - GinaPuff - 2.48%
Team Purple - Lynnie07 - 2.02%
Team Orange - sdgirl27 - .89%

And now, for the results:
Formatting on here is kinda crappy, so you'll likely need some instructions. 1st column is the starting weight, second is week 1 wt, third is the amount lost, 4th column is the percentage. I didn't add any percentages for individuals with no loss, because frankly, that's not terribly motivating. Please let me know if I goofed on the numbers! You won't hurt my feelings, I promise. Also, if you have any questions or suggestions, please let me know.

Great job Sue... and to all teams woohoo!
Remember ladies we all have good week and some not so good. It's about the journey and not just one week. Take one day at a time and all will fall into place. Last month, I had 2 bad weeks and now I'm doing good. It's about supporting each other when we are down, my last team captain did just that and I thank her for that support, Thank you Snookemz. Let's get on the train to weight lost and take control of our lives. We take care of everybody else but ourselves but now it's about taking care of ourselves because no one else will. Let's go Ladies! We can do this... : D

absolutely Lynnie! I didn't lose this week but that's alright - I've got the rest of the weeks for the rest of my journey to lose! one week will NOT get me down and it sure won't KEEP me down if I do get sad! Not every week in life is a total win,0
