Sorry guys no pictures. I just wanted to share that today I met my first goal and it feels great! I will post pics when I meet my second goal of losing 20lbs.
Also, will someone share what NSV stands for. I get that it is a compliment, or goal met or small victory--but I can't decode the anagram.
